Following the success of the Art Festival in 2022 , the Sugarland Cultural Art Foundation organized a similar one in 2023 . Like the previous one this too was held at the Smart Financial Center Plaza in Sugarland. The location , fun- filled atmosphere and varied art forms on display continued to attract many visitors who were very appreciative of the artwork displayed.
